Yesterday I had two longish car journeys for work, with almost no anxiety, and the little I did experience prior to leaving I was easily able to deal with. I really feel like I've turned a corner and I wanted to say thank you! There was a time not that long ago where I felt very low, and helpless against the anxiety, but you have helped me regain some much needed control and balance".
